Caramels

Yum,
and wow!

This recipe was incredibly easy
and delivered phenomenal results.

Six minutes in the microwave! That's all!
No laboring over a hot stove
wondering if it's the right consistency yet.
Just a bowl a spoon and a buttered pan.

I am sincerely impressed.

Keep in mind of course, that there are essentially four different kinds or forms of sugar in this caramel.

They are like little sugar shots.
Just what I need sometimes
Even if I hate to admit it. :)
